Situated between the medieval towns of Bergerac and Sainte Foy La Grande, this rural get-away is nestled among the vineyards near the village of Le Fleix.
Guests have the use of 3 double bedrooms, a large lounge/dining room, breakfast room, fitted kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom.
All on the ground floor.
The house is set in over 3 acres of private land, surrounded by forest.
There is a 10m swimming pool with outdoor shower, a large patio, boules piste and a table tennis table.

Relaxing holiday
We spent a great week in this very well equipped, comfortable and peaceful house.
The outside space is superb with a beautiful pool and space to relax or play boules.
It's very easy to visit the surrounding area from the house.
The owners were easy to contact and were very helpful.

An excellent holiday.
Situated in the countryside, the house is ideally located for a diverse range of activities.
The pool is perfect for swimming or playing. Other activities include table tennis or badminton and the grounds are enormous to run around in.
The house is very clean and stays cool even on very hot days.
Our kind hosts had thought of everything for our comfort.
We recommend this place without hesitation for families who want a comfortable stay.
